The Dé.Mé.Lés Method
Our behaviour and emotional patterns are shaped by both our genetic inheritance and our life experiences. Many of these experiences are stored not only as conscious memories, but also through bodily sensations and feelings, sometimes forming unconscious patterns that continue to influence our lives.
The Dé.Mé.Lés method explores these underlying patterns and offers tools for releasing certain blockages, creating greater freedom, awareness, and vitality.

Deep relaxation in water can help quiet the mind and bring us into closer contact with our inner world. Watsu and aquatic bodywork are used to support this process, allowing sensations, feelings, and memories to emerge naturally.
A key aspect is identifying the original experience or imprint behind a recurring pattern, rather than simply addressing later repetitions of it. Eye-movement techniques are then used to support the brain in reorganising and integrating emotionally charged or traumatic memories.
An intimate and supportive setting for exploring the connection between body, memory, emotion, and inner transformation.
More on Dé.Mé.Lés
Dé.Mé.Lés (Déprogrammation des Mémoires Lésionnelles) is a therapeutic method developed by French gynaecologist Françoise Bouquet in 2003. It is designed to help reduce the emotional impact of traumatic or distressing memories and is often compared to EMDR.
The method combines alternating eye and tactile stimulation with resource anchoring, helping the brain to reprocess emotionally charged experiences and reduce their associated emotional intensity.
Dé.Mé.Lés draws on several complementary approaches, including eye-movement desensitisation, psycho-genealogy, the influence of perinatal experiences, and psychosomatic understanding—recognising the connections between memory, emotions, and bodily sensations.
By revisiting difficult experiences in a safe and supported setting, the method aims to help release emotional patterns that may continue to affect the present, fostering greater inner stability, freedom, and well-being.
