Exploring Memory, Body & Inner Transformation
Small group: minimum 4, maximum 6 participants
Reserved for people who have already undertaken a personal process of self-exploration.

The Dé.Mé.Lés Method
Our behaviour and emotional patterns are shaped by both our genetic inheritance and our life experiences. Many of these experiences are stored not only as conscious memories, but also through bodily sensations and feelings, sometimes forming unconscious patterns that continue to influence our lives.
The Dé.Mé.Lés method explores these underlying patterns and offers tools for releasing certain blockages, creating greater freedom, awareness, and vitality.

Watsu® & Aquatic Bodywork
Deep relaxation in water can help quiet the mind and bring us into closer contact with our inner world. Watsu® and aquatic bodywork are used to support this process, allowing sensations, feelings, and memories to emerge naturally.
A key aspect is identifying the original experience or imprint behind a recurring pattern, rather than simply addressing later repetitions of it. Eye-movement techniques are then used to support the brain in reorganising and integrating emotionally charged or traumatic memories.
An intimate and supportive setting for exploring the connection between body, memory, emotion, and inner transformation.
