You will learn deep massage and long strokes using forearms and hands\, as well as breathing techniques of Oceanic Bodywork® Fire & Earth. The Bodywork offers grounding and reconnecting with the earth and your body\, creating a foundation of strength and stability.\nGuided meditations and awareness exercises\, rituals and dance will accompany the journey. No previous knowledge of massage and bodywork is required.
