Feldenkrais Method

Discover your body in a new way. Habits and unconscious patterns of movement can create a feeling of being unwell on both a mental and/or physical level. The Feldenkrais Method teaches us a process in which we are able to learn to be careful and gentle with ourselves – we are encouraged to try out new ways of carrying out "everyday movements". Small changes will increase your body awareness and facilitate mobility, not only in a physical sense but in all areas of your life.
