Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for massage. Literally meaning to push, pull and knead. This healing system brings balance, restoration and heart-opening peace to the body. Energetic, emotional and muscular blockages are released allowing spirit, circulation, oxygen and life, to flow through mind and body. On all levels there is unity. While the whole body is loved unconditionally, the muscles and connective tissue are stretched in length and width, the skin glows and stiff joints are loosened, circulation improves and internal organs are gently manipulated into their correct relationships.
This relaxing style of Hawaiian bodywork includes long fluid rhythmic strokes over the whole body using the hands. We use the hands as an instrument of the heart and work with focused deep breathing leaving the practitioner in a clear meditative space and the client in a place of healing and harmony. On a physical level Lomi Lomi massage will stimulate the lymphatic system, improve your circulation, relax and lengthen muscles, and detoxify the body.

Where it originated?
Hawaii based Sherman Duboit is the international acclaimed founder of the Heartwork’s method of bodywork and massage. His system is a synthesis of ancient and modern methods as well as directly channeled work that has moved through him and became an integral part of his work and teaching. Sherman has happily given his blessing to continue these teachings.
