Liquid Flow Basic
In this course we will practice basic techniques and
qualities (grounding, presence, stillness, movement, attention) of being
and moving another body in the water.
You will experience floating other people
and being floated, on the surface and under water. Creating spaces for deep relaxation
and nurturing of body, mind and spirit.
You might also discover that this kind of body work is something
you would like to explore further, in which case this course will
serve as a perfect precursor to Liquid Flow - Essence, or
courses of Watsu & Aquawellness 1 and Waterdance 1.
