Somatics (in the tradition of Thomas Hanna) is a system of slow mindful movements. It is a gentle, easy and effective way to help you manage chronic and acute pain. Other benefits include more ease in the body, better posture and deep relaxation.

You will learn a daily practice in order to maintain better flexibility, coordination, wellness, and balance resulting in a decrease of aches and pains commonly attributed to stress, injury and aging.
The workshops are open to all as anyone can benefit from less stress and more ease in the body.

Facilitated by Maggie, who is a qualified professional trained at the International Institute of Somatic Movement Education and offers classes and workshops in India and abroad.
